Move Ya' Body Task

For the rest of this term, my group (Lenard, Me and Kaden) will be working on scootering. We will be working on different tricks, but before we choice scootering we had to choose out of 2 others there were Unicycling, Scootering and Dancing. We also had to do some research to make sure we choose the best one for all of us, we had know idea for which one to choice and eventually we all choose Scootering.

Benefits of physical exercise

Physical exercise. Physical exercise is the performance of some activity to develop or maintain good fitness and overall health levels. Keep reading to find out more.

The first reason why we should benefit physical exercise, is so we can avoid get cardiovascular disease. The best way of avoiding cardiovascular disease is by doing briefly exercises for around 20 to 30 minutes which could help keep your heart pumping normally.

The second reason why we should benefit physical exercise, is so you can lose a lot of weight. One way of losing weight is by participating in sports and eating the right things that can keep you in shape.  

The last reason why we should benefit physical exercise, is so you can increase in your brain knowledge, because the more your brain knowledge increases the more you remember the things you need to do.

So there you have it, three great reasons for why you should benefit physical exercise. Hopefully you take same of these reason.
