Did you know that the Rio Olympics start on 5th of August? On Monday 25th of July the whole school came to the school hall. At Immersion assembly the teachers made movies to show us what their teams are doing for this terms topic.

This terms topic is We are the Champions, this is our topic because of the Rio Olympics that is at Brazil. When the whole school was at the hall Mr Jacobsen was holding a camera and Mrs Garden was holding the microphone. To make people think they are filming Mrs Burt.

In Pt England School We have five teams. The teams are teams one,two,three,four and five. The teams had to show or act out what they are going to learn about for this term. The first team up was team one, They are going to be learning about healthy eating and more.

Then it was time for team two to play there moive. Team two is learning about different sport and countries around the world, like America,Tonga,New Zealand and more countries.

The next team is team three. They are learning to know more about the olympic for their quiz in the middle of this term. And they will be learning about sport’s as while .

Now is the best team of all, it is team four. Team four is learning about how the people that are playing for the olympics cheat by having this kind of drugs (LIKE RUSSIA). Did you know that all of the Russians are out of the olympics. Because some of them had taken drugs and they got DNA test.

Last but not least is team five. They will be learning about the country and sport that are in the olympic games for 2016. My favourite sport from the olympics are shout put and Rowing. What’s your favourite sport.

My favourite team was is team four, because they are learning about exposing things in the olympic. Exposing means behind the scenes. In the Rio olympics.   

This Assembly made me happy because of the movies that they showed us. This team I’ll be looking forward for all the games and other things we will be doing.

SCHOOL ART SHOW

This term Pt England School is having an art show in the hall. Team one did there favorite thing's. Team two did it about the seasons, they had to do different seasons. team three did there's about building things, they even had a fun building day. Team four did there's about how to make comic books, They even made and created some comic poster. Last but not lest Team 5 had to make wake's and made photo's about different thing's. My favorite was team 5 because of there drawing. I hope you like this post.

This is my game I have made for our theme for this team.Our theme for this year is thinking tools and toys.

Are you tired of playing hand games on a wet lunchtime? Well I made an animation called The rings of fire that you could play instead.Come and play it and it will be fun,

My Character is called Flame Boy and he is trying to save the world  from the  evil man named Arrow Man! Please help Flame boy save the world and it will blow your mind.      

To begin now you have to use the arrow keys. But make sure you use all the arrow keys. The keys are Left, Right, Up and Down.

You gain points and win the game when you kill Arrow man. But when Arrow man get’s his arrow from the back of his black shirt then he will aim for you. If he hits you you will lose a life.

To not get shot from Arrow man you have to throw your fireballs. I will tell you how to throw it. The letter you have to hit is Z to throw.

The Cow And The Dolphin

One day the farmer want out to milk the cow. When he got there the cow was gone.

He looked and looked but he didn't find the cow.Then he was so sad and mad at the same

time.

After week 7 the farmer was still sad and mad and he was so worried because he won't get the money he needs for his family.But he was looking and he asked lots of people and his friends and some of the people in his family but they said NO! So loud l his ear we're going to bowl.He said he will never give up and said he will find the cow until he dies.

Then he ran outside the door and he looked again and he went to the spoe but the cow is not there.He went to the pools but the cow was not there.So then he went to the mall but the cow was’t there.Then the farmer went to the Bauch and saw the cow and a dolphin in the water swimming they really had fun.

When the cow came out of the water he said mu the dolphin.The dolphin waved his tail and went back to the deep side of the water well the cow was still walking.The farmer was happy to see the cow again.But the cow came and kicked the farmer on the face then he licked the farmer.

When they got home the farmer milked the cow and the farmer was happy again.When he was done he went inside the house and went to sleep well the cow was eating his food so he can get energy for to morning.So he can go back to the dolphin so he can have a athere swimming lessen.      

My Favourite Teachers

Mrs Jacobsen, is a kind and lovely teacher to year 5 and 4’s at Pt England School.

Mr Barks, is a funny and amazing teacher in our school, and he is teaching us Pt England's how to make things at maker space.   

This school is a school that has lots of teacher,My favourite Teacher is Mr Somerville,Because he is always funny and sometimes he is tells the truth.

All About ACZAC

On Friday we had  an ANZAC  Assembly. We were learning about  how same men from all across New Zealand and Australia want to the first world war in a city, at Turkey  called Gallipoli that is where they had the first world war for New Zealand and Australia.They were so happy and they were thinking it is  going to be fun, But lots of them die.Room 9, 10 and the whole school was at the ANZAC assembly in the school hall.

The first thinking that happened was the daffy award because Mr Burt said that we are go to do the ward's first cause we have to go to the field of remember next to the school.

The next thinking we done was welcoming a new girl to the school and she was so confondent and sad in the inside I thinking, Mr Burt tell us we had to welcome her so we all then it.

the last one was when we had to go to the field of remember and had to say in a circle to remember went they then for us all here today.
